Our youth program offers Career Technical Education (CTE) classes in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Indesign and Illustrator. We contract with schools, hold our own off-site after school program, and offer summer camps with community partners, and some classes and camps online. Email Born Digital Manager Jay Evans at [email protected] for information on what classes are available and how to enroll.

What is the Creative Services Program?
Creative Services encompasses our production programs and filmmaker services programs. Our production programs include client work, community docs, and digitizing/archiving, and our filmmaker services programs include membership, events, and our indie filmmaker classes. For questions about any of the above programs, contact Creative Services Co-Managers Kelsey Scult at [email protected] or Gian Smith at [email protected].

What kinds of indie filmmaker classes do you offer?
In-person, we offer seminars, lecture classes, and hands-on workshops. Online we offer live sessions and on-demand video classes. We aim to offer a wide range of subjects from pre-production through distribution in both documentary and narrative film.
-
Why are some indie filmmaker class sizes limited?
We like to make sure that students can be engaged and participate on a level that gives them an impactful takeaway.
-
How do I get my 20% member discount on indie filmmaker classes?
Your discount code can be found in your member welcome email. If you can't find it email [email protected].
-
Can I get a refund on indie filmmaker classes?
Unless rescheduled or canceled, we don't offer refunds on indie filmmaker classes. However, tickets are transferable to another person until the workshop start time. You can also use your ticket as a credit toward another workshop if you request to Creative Services Co-Manager Kelsey Scult via email at [email protected] no later than a week prior to the original workshop date. Credits are good for one calendar year from the date of the original workshop.
